A notebook, not a product
This site sells nothing and offers no services. It exists to organize one line of thinking: that process power — the seventh of Hamilton Helmer’s seven powers — is the competitive advantage most available to ordinary businesses, and that AI automation is the most practical way to build it.
The centerpiece is the Business Functions Framework, a sector-neutral map of the functions every business runs, built so AI automation can be mapped onto them systematically rather than opportunistically. Around it, the notebook collects concepts, diagrams, and artifacts as the work develops.
